Alloys commonly utilized include\u00a0Cobalt Base (STELLITE\u00ae\u00a01, 6, 12, 21, 156) and Nickel Base (DELORO\u00ae 40, 50, 60;COLMONOY\u00ae 5, 6;\u00a0INCONEL\u00ae 625).<\/p>\n<p>Other alloys available include the Carbide Alloyed materials, high quality Iron Base metals, and Intermetallics\u00a0(<b>STELLITE\u00ae TRIBALLOY\u00ae)<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Methods of deposition include\u00a0Plasma transfer Arc; TIG; MIG; SMAW; and Oxy-Acetylene.<\/p>\n<p>Overlay deposits are of low dilution; defect free; high density; and can be applied to substantial thickness. Large ODs; small IDs down to 1-1\/2 inches; and compound shapes are readily accepted. Coatings can be expected to exceed industry standards as to quality of deposition.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, we offer light to medium components\u00a0(up to two ton)\u00a0fabrication services. Complex assemblies requiring subsequent overlays, machining and\/or precision fitting are our specialty.
