Our company is unique since we not only manufacture but can design, fabricate, CNC machine and test all in-house.
Machining Needs
Configuring your parts to optimize their manufacturability and insure their best service life with use of hardface alloys is critical. We can assist your staff or supply engineering services to insure that your product is manufactured correctly when using Stellite® or other overlay surfacing. We can also assist in your wear analysis needs. With our broad based, cross industry experience we see and know what works in other similar applications. In addition, our engineering staff with an average service within Moody of 20 years is highly capable to analyze, suggest as well as implement a plan and supply improved service life parts for you.
Design and Quality
Our facility and capability is complete as we not only recommend and assist in design but can also supply the components complete to you ready to use. We remove the problem of difficult manufacture of these parts from you and insure you on time, correctly manufactured parts without the hassle. Our staff is well equipped and well experienced and is your one stop supply solution for your hard-faced and weld overlay parts. In addition, all parts are manufactured in accordance with a stringent QA/QC plan designed and routinely audited in accordance with a plan designed around NCA-3800 / NQA-1 for commercial nuclear services.
